How Are Shipping Costs Determined?

  • Domestic Shipping: Free within the 48 continental states.
  • Alaska and Hawaii: Eligible only for expedited shipping.
  • International Shipping: Calculated based on size and weight of the package.

When Will My Order Ship?

Orders are typically shipped within 2 business days.
Business days are Monday to Friday and do not include federal holidays in the United States.


What Shipping Methods Are Available?

  • Standard USPS First Class: Delivers within 3-4 business days.
  • USPS Priority: Delivers within 2-3 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivers within 2 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Delivers within 1 business day.

Please Note: For Express or Expedited shipping, orders must be received and payment approved by 1:00 p.m. EST. Orders placed after this time may be processed on the next business day.


How Can I Track My Shipment?

  • A tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout as soon as the item is shipped.
  • You can also view the status of your shipment on the ‘Your Orders’ page.

What If I Never Received My Order?

  • If your package is lost, delayed, or delivered to the wrong address, please first check the tracking information to see if it has been marked ‘delivered’.
