Return & Refund Policy
We want every order from Lifes Little Pleasures LLC to arrive correctly, discreetly, and in excellent condition. Because we sell intimate wellness products, returns are handled carefully for health, safety, and hygiene reasons.
Returns
- Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are new, unused, unopened, sealed, and in their original packaging.
- For health and hygiene reasons, opened, used, worn, tested, or unsealed intimate products cannot be returned.
- Items marked final sale, clearance, or non-returnable are not eligible for return.
- To request a return, email lifeslittlepleasuresllc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the request before sending anything back.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds
- Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision.
- Approved refunds may be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the situation.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- We do not charge restocking fees for approved returns.
Order Cancellations
- If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at lifeslittlepleasuresllc@gmail.com.
- Orders that have already been processed, packed, or shipped may not be eligible for cancellation.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email lifeslittlepleasuresllc@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product and packaging when available.
- If the issue is approved, we will help arrange a replacement, store credit, refund, or return label when appropriate.
Return Instructions
Please do not send products back without approval. Returned packages must include the order number and any return authorization details provided by our team.
