Q: HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY DOMESTIC ORDER TO ARRIVE?
A: Most orders are shipped within 2 business days and will arrive within the following 2-3 business days.
Q: HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY INTERNATIONAL ORDER TO ARRIVE?
A: Most International orders arrive between 7-14 business days. Due to customs clearance, some orders may take up to 4 weeks. Customs taxes and duties are to me paid for by the purchaser.
Q: MY PARCEL IS MARKED AS DELIVERED, BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT.
A: Shipping companies have GPS scanners that are extremely effective in pin pointing where the package was delivered. We recommend contacting your local PO or UPS to notify them and get assistance in locating your order. If this is not sufficient, please reach out to us and we will open up an investigation with your carrier to locate the package. Reaching out to your local PO or UPS is extremely effective.
Q: WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
A: Due to the nature of our products, Items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund so long as they haven’t been used or opened. Please contact us at lifeslittlepleasuresllc@gmail.com before shipping your order back.
Q: ARE THERE ANY RESTOCKING FEES?
A: There will be NO restocking fees for products returned within the return window in the original condition it was received.
Q: HOW DO I EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?
A: Reach out to us via email and let us know the reason why you are exchanging, and what you are exchanging for. Your product must be unused and unopened to be eligible for an exchange. Be sure to include your order # in your email to assure this is a smooth transaction.
Q: CAN I Modify MY ORDER?

Q: WHEN WILL ITEMS BE RESTOCKED?
